Welcome to the North Coast Barista School and Coffee College. We are part of the Troubadour Coffee family and the only barista training and coffee school program in northeast Ohio. We collectively bring nearly 10 years of specialty coffee experience to you. We have been coffee shop owners, operators and managers. We have been baristas, roasters, retailers, bakers and coffee shop makers. All we are missing is you!

amount of time, but delivered with relevance in a realistic manner from people
that have actually been coffee shop owners, operators AND baristas. That is the difference

The biggest reason good folks fail in this business is
undercapitalization. Second reason is a bad location. Third is lack of training
and consistency. Reality is, if you are going
to be spending anywhere from $30,000 to $300,000 or more for starting a coffee shop,
wouldn't it be in your best interest to get some good advice and barista training from
someone that has done this before? Even if your plans are to become a
